Elevenses and mid-afternoon snack mean practically that we nibble. According to nutrition experts this time we can have only approximately 10 per cent of our daily energy intake. It is worth even to count the calories but it is enough to remember not to pall before lunch or dinner. In case of a strict diet it is also important to eat less but more often, but this time it is worth to pay special attention to what we bring into our body. We can pall much more earlier if we do not watch TV or the monitor of the computer, or read the morning newspaper, but we give our body the attention it deserves.
