Due to all the valuable substances in strawberry, this fruit is the best choice for diets and weight loss plans, and because of its delicious taste, it can turn even the most monotonous diet into a real feast.

Strawberry hardly endures any storage, so it is best to eat is as soon as you can - even if you put it in the fridge, 2-3 days in the longest period you should wait with it. When you buy strawberry, try to examine the ones with stem, for these are the ones that tell you how fresh the whole lot is.

Strawberry is even by itself very delicious, therefore it is not too often used in desserts and cakes . Undoubtedly a delicacy in the form of ice cream or other dessert, but its rich taste is most emphasized when it is fresh or sweetened, or nibbled with a side of cream.
