All about grape
Grape is one of the most popular types of fruit worldwide, which is such a whole food that, for example, if one eats solely grape and grain in the scope of a diet, his body has access to all the important nutrients it needs to operate without fail.
Grape has not only healthcare and gastronomical effects, but it also has the most advanced cultural and symbolical meanings along with apple. This is partly because it is the basis of wine - ancient Egyptians praised Osiris for the wine, the Greeks gave thanks to Dionysus, but it also plays an important role in the Bible. In Asia Minor, they already made wine out of grape five thousand years ago, while it did not become widespread in Europe before the Roman conquests.
You can live on grape

Grape is a whole-value food that also contains a lot of vitamin C and B, biotin and carotene. Its blood cleansing and nerve-strengthening effect is widely known, as its ability to regenerate muscles. Researches of recent years acknowledge the positive influence on cancer-related diseases.
White is green and blue is red
There are countless improved kinds of grape, but they can be divided into two fundamental groups: dessert grapes are grown especially for consumption, while wine grapes are for making wine. The grouping is according to colour: white and blue grapes are both popular. For eating raw, it is best to choose a bunch with big grapes, that is, a dessert grape. These actually contain fewer seeds (although grape seed is rich in mineral substances). For other culinary uses (for fillings and sauces, for example), sweeter bunches with small, muscatel grapes are recommended.
Grape is excellent for all kinds of kitchen practices, for example, you can freeze it for drinks and use it as ice cube. It especially highlights the taste of cheese, so it is good to serve it on the side with walnut if preparing gourmet cheese plate. You can also make sidings, salads, toppings and fillings out of grape, and of course juices and must, too.
