The result of the everyday fights depends greatly on your productivity and inner balance. It cannot be over-emphasized that food quality and quantity constitute a basic condition of the harmonious unity of your inside and outside. Fruit can influence your well-being and both inner and outer balance in a wonderful way.
It is wrong to think that different kinds of fruit, whether summer or autumn fruits, are not enough in themselves to make up any meal of the day. What is more, since the wide range of vegetables and fruits are at the very bottom of the food pyramid, they should comprise the largest proportion of the overall daily meals. A strict only-fruit diet or even a fruit day in a week can work miracles: keeps weight in check, refreshes, vitalizes, strengthens the immune system and increases resistance against diseases and considerably slows down the ageing process. If you have not tried it, you should because you will immediately experience the results of daily regular fruit meals.
Sugar that is not fattening?
Fruit consumed fresh and raw or in the form of juice causes the rapid rising of blood sugar because of its immediately dissolving, high fruit sugar content. This eases up the symptoms of fatigue, all without burdening the digestive system or causing weight gain. It is advised to have raw fruit or fresh fruit juice since fruit stored for the winter loses on its vitamin content during preservation. Versions prepared with quick, vitamin-preserving methods are also very popular.
Hungarian traditional cuisine has also used this preserving method for centuries, that is, "excess" fruit bore in the summer was preserved for wintertime to provide vitamin intake by desiccation, bottling and other preservative methods. This way, the vital power of sunshine could be conserved and consumed with little loss in less abundant times. In modern times, quick freezing seems to be the procedure with the least loss of vitamins, in the case of fruit, too. It is good to keep in mind, however, that nothing can beat the effects of regular fresh fruit consumption.
Fruit after illness
This is especially true of the recovery and regeneration of the body after illness and the diet of children, adults, the elderly and mums-to-be. Due to the advantageous and diverse composition of different kinds of fruit, you gain indispensable and crucial nutrients and vitamins with the most harmonious proportions possible - mostly vitamin C -, mineral substances and trace elements. It is highly recommended to consume different kinds of fruit during the day, including stone-fruit, which is outstandingly high in protein.
Inner and outer beauty
Regarding their external effect, fruit applied on skin (as fruit pack, fruit extract or cosmetic products containing fruit acid) cleanses skin from the inside, makes it radiant, regenerated and wonderfully hydrated. It does the same with your mood when consumed regularly.
