Board that the General Assembly of Cerbona Zrt. consented to the establishment of a limited company with a single shareholder by decision without an assembly session with 68,805 consenting votes, 150 non-consenting votes and 9 abstentions. In the future, the company shall commercialize property rights including the brand and trademarks assigned as contributions in kind.

The establishment has been registered by the Registry Court to the Fejér County Court on 04 December 2008 with the following key data:

The campaign "A drop of rest” is intended to draw the attention to the risk arising from workplace stress as well as to offer advice of how to reduce workplace stress level.

Personal Best Kft. celebrating the 10th Anniversary this year has launched an initiative which is unique in Hungary and calls the attention to the healthy workplace design and the importance of physically and mentally balanced staff.

Actions are launched in eight topics with influence to corporate performance (www.egeszsegebreszto.hu)). The corporate HR staff receives consultation on how to establish a healthy workplace.

Support is offered to destressing, employees with sedentary work or increased physical load receive lifestyle consulting, treatment (e.g. office mobile massage, spinal column and eye exercises). Screening tests are performed including measurement of blood cholesterol and triglyceride level, body water content as well as accumulated toxin quantity. Health situation improvement is supported via customized programs – including the organization and implementation of the necessary screening tests, trainings and gymnastics.

Event of the month: health awareness days at work

Cerbona Zrt. and Personal Best Inc. have announced a two-week health awareness campaign between September 17 and 28, 2007 with the aim of drawing the workers' attention to the importance and ways of caring for health. During these two weeks, more than 16000 employees will have the opportunity to participate in a health awareness program in 50 top office buildings.

During the campaign, we distribute Fruity Breakfast packages made up of Cerbona's renewed products among the employees arriving at the office houses in the morning at the gates. This contains:

  • 1 30-gram box of Fruity Fit Corn Flakes
  • 1 muesli bar
  • 1 apple
