Durillo durum pasta

Many people don't know what durum pasta is, or what differentiates it from traditional kinds of pasta.

Several-egg pastas have become such an integral part of Hungarian cuisine over the centuries that any kind of pasta without an egg added to it has become unimaginable. However, it is possible to make pasta with excellent cooking value of durum wheat without adding eggs, egg powder or any other additives to it. Thus there is no reason to think that durum pasta is any less good in terms of flavor or smell than egg pasta. What's more, it can be shaped better, so it's ideal for making Italian pastas.

Durillo pasta is made of flour, doesn't contain eggs, but has all the advantages of egg pasta: its flavor and smell are outstanding, it cooks extremely well because it is highly water-absorbent, its color is golden yellow without egg, due to its organic ingredients. Its calorie content is lower than that of traditional egg pasta.

Durillo durum dry pasta fits excellently into your diet, since it may be used additionally in soups and as main course as well. You can prepare it with salt or sugar, and its eight different shapes (spaghetti, macaroni , spindle-shaped pasta, frilly pasta, pony tail, penne, pipe and horns) contribute to making your meals more colorful.
